Q:When will I receive a confirmation email?
A:Immediately after placing the order will send an automatic email for confirmation to your email, if you don't see it please go to spam and check. If you didn't receive you can contact us by email – EXITO.AX@GMAIL.COM
 
Q:When will I receive my tracking number?
A:Tracking numbers will be given up to 7 days from the date of the order, the order processing ranges is 2-5 days.
 
Q:How can I track my order?
A:If you entered our site and you were unable to track on the 'Track my order' page, please contact us by email -EXITO.AX@GMAIL.COM
 
 
Q:Do you offer cancellation, returns or exchanges?
A:Due to the nature of the products and how they are used. Cancellations can be made up to 5 hours from the moment you placed an order.

Q:My item is damages
A:   If you received a damaged item in the mail you have 24 hours to report damages. If the damage has been caused by us, your item will be refunded or replaced in 5-7 business days after you send it back to us, when shipping expenses will be on us. We will not replace or refund any damaged items by reasons outside of our control.
