Q:My item is damages
A: If you received a damaged item in the mail you have 24 hours to report damages. If the damage has been caused by us, your item will be refunded or replaced in 5-7 business days after you send it back to us, when reimbursement expenses will be on us. We will not replace or refund any damaged items by reasons outside of our control.
